We’ll also clarify timelines, priorities, and any complexities early so there are fewer surprises later.

Step 2: Fact find & documents
(secure and organised)

Next, we gather the information required to assess your borrowing position properly. This typically includes completing a fact find and uploading supporting documents through a secure platform, so everything stays organised and in one place.

If you’re applying jointly, we’ll guide you on the simplest way to complete the steps without duplication or confusion.

Step 3: Strategy & structure
(the “why” behind the loan)

With your information in hand, we step back and design the strategy. This is where we consider structure, flexibility, and the trade-offs between different approaches, not just the headline rate.

If your scenario benefits from broader input, we may suggest collaborating with your accountant, solicitor, or financial advisor so the plan aligns across all moving parts.

Step 4: Shortlist lenders and options

We then shortlist suitable options from our lender panel, considering policy fit, serviceability, timing, and features that matter to you. 


We’ll talk you through the choices in plain English, so you can decide confidently.

Step 5: Application, approval, and settlement support

Once you’re comfortable with the plan, we coordinate the application process and support you through approval and settlement.

We stay close to communication, keep you updated, and remain available for questions as they arise.

Step 6: Ongoing review
(long-term partnership)

After settlement, we don’t disappear. Your Relationship Manager can review your position over time, helping you stay on track and identify opportunities as your goals evolve.
